When watching live tv or recorded TV with the New MP 1.1.0.0 my dropped frames has increased from almost nil to 1% of total frames rendered.

The dropped frames roughly follows at a rate of 1 frame per 100 frames drawn.

My TV is set to 60Hz and my intel driver config too reports 59Hz - so i thougt there might be a mismatch, however when i display adaptor to 60Hz dropped frame rate increases to 1.5%. I am not using dynamic refresh option, as never used it in earlier MP.

    Suggestions much appreciated.

    Cheers.

    fixed it.

Combination of setting TV and PC to 50Hz and i enabled Aero interface after disabling it to try and get a performance gain. D'oh.

    Geoffw,
If it make sens with your TV and your movies I suggest you use the "Dynamic Refresh Rate" option in "General" settings. It allows MP to automatically adjust your TV frequency to the the movie frequency (50Hz, 24p,...)
