It disappeared when I removed my capture card. Then I thought that the priority ( which I increased for the card when it drops too many frames) was the problem. But when I added the card back, which has the lowest priority by default, the usage is back to %25.Now I need to find out what setting I can change to make my TV card sleep when it's not in use  :-(</blockquote>
