Hello,
I have been running Media Portal on my current build for quite some time with no problems. I have just bought a new full 1080 HD TV. Since then I have been unable to get Media Portal to run.
When start Medial portal and the normal loading skin appears the application loads fine, once up and running my skin Streamed MP stars. If im quick I can scroll round the menus between Music Videos etc, if I then select Videos (moving Pictures) settings, anything really the screen just locks and nothing changes, the strange part is everything I press is happening in the background but just not appearing on my screen. If I then turn off the HD TV the active screen moves to my small 15” touch screen at a much lower resolution and I can see al the button presses that I was pressing on the none displaying screen. I can then use MP perfectly as normal.
I have made sure my graphics card drivers are up to date along with the latest release of MP moving pictures and my skin are all up to date.
If I play a video file on the PC directly with VLC it plays fine with no problems at all.
I have run MP in debug mode as soon as MP is loaded the whole thing locks straight away. (logs attached)
I don’t think this is a bug with MP just a configuration problem on my side.
If anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly received.
