[QUOTE="Zirguy, post: 207755, member: 60429"] the tv is a 46" Sony VVega rear Projection CRT. Its advertised to do 1080i, but when i set the resolution to 1920x1080 its too big by an inch or so across the whole screen. So i wanted to set a lower resolution to fill the screen. I've previously tried in MP, TV scaling under settings, since i am shrinking the screen it didn't help me. Which is why i installed Powerstripe, to add a new resolution that fits my screen perfectly.
