4+ minute delay when starting Moving Pic (1 Viewer)

No your TV one looks good, MovingPictures would be using the codecs from the "Videos" tab.
I thought since it says
All .ts files will be played using TV codecs settings!
that that is the one I was suppose to change.

I downloaded the 7Z file and extracted it, but do not see the filters you are referring to. I included the screen shot of the extracted files.

Since I am using Saf6.0 is there a way to set the MPC-HC filter thru the settings in saf?

I tried just about every combination that I could with the SAF settings, but it still has an excessive delay.

RoChess, should I try your entire Codec solution? Have you used Saf 6.02?

No your TV one looks good, MovingPictures would be using the codecs from the "Videos" tab.

Are you sure about that? The only codecs that changed whether ffdshow was used or not was under the DVD Disc/images Codecs section.

Well, I just installed XBMC and I can not believe how responsive it is. It starts Blu-Ray, and DVD movies instantly. Why can't Media Portal be 1/2 as fast?
