Hi. This Video is coded in a slightly older Version of Dolby Vision. It isn't even HDR10+ compatible. Just a guess, but this could be the reason.. "HDR format : Dolby Vision, Version 1.0, dvhe.07.06, BL+EL+RPU, Blu-ray compatible / SMPTE ST 2086, HDR10 compatible" vs. "HDR format : Dolby Vision, Version 1.0, dvhe.08.06, BL+RPU, HDR10 compatible / SMPTE ST 2094 App 4, Version 1, HDR10+ Profile B compatible". from a more recent video (2022) Probably the screen on your HTPC isn't able to understand this special version of DV and your PC screen can. Or the player on your PC is converting the DV format during playback. VLC is known for doing things like this to always guarantee a nice video playback. Can you install VLC on your Media Center and see, if the video is playing well then? If not, the possibility is high, that your TV isn't able to show this video properly. Aside this I can't see any relevant differences that could explain your issue. And the issue definitely is based on the HDR side. Your screenshots are a proof that this is a HDR issue.
