I think 100% cpu should be your greatest worry...
That would explain a lot...
And perhaps a long shot: excluding all mediaportal folders (in program files and programdata) from your antivirus?

Don't know what causes that much CPU usage

MP running, only Home screen - No Music No Tv... nothing....

MP running, Now Playing Screen - Playing Music....

MP not running...

I know the rendering of just the homescreen is already quite demanding, don't know if different skins are going to help?
What kind of cpu is in there?

Hmmm, I would remove antivirus, built-in antivirus with cloud protection turned on, as for me, is several times better. I would close Firefox, Intel's utility to check for updates, etc. And maybe switch the priority to apps in the settings (although it's supposed to be set that way).
