    with test 5...
    Try disable Spectrum to ...
    Code:
    [2021-01-15 22:54:52,803] [Log ] [MPMain ] [DEBUG] - PluginManager: Begin starting 'SpectrumAnalyzer.SpectrumAnalyzer'
    [2021-01-15 22:54:52,975] [Log ] [MPMain ] [DEBUG] - PluginManager: End starting 'SpectrumAnalyzer.SpectrumAnalyzer' (171,8191 ms running time)
As I have not tried to make it as low resource consumption as possible, it can consume a lot of memory and takes the CPU, and when you close a window, it resets the cache, which can also take time.

    The result has improved.

    @joEhSuper
It may also be due to the rapid stopping of playback, maybe try running The Beatles (today is their day) enjoy 2 or 3 tracks, and then in the middle of the next stop playing. View Artist List. Then run The Beatles again, enjoy 2 or 3 tracks, and then in the middle of the next one, go from the playback window to the Artist list, check and close the Media Portal without stopping the music. And a log would be desirable :)

Maybe not enough resources when playing,

    OK...
I've been running now through Music views like gone mad :ROFLMAO: AND --> always all entries are shown.
Also with all plugins enabled - No problem when No music is played...
    One step closer :D

Also when running TV -> No problem...:)

Is the antivirus turned off? The only option I can think of is to put everything back the way it was, turn off TV Server, TV Service, MySQL (MariaDB). Here is this plugin: PS StandbyWakeup. Disable as much as possible all the background processes like Intel driver updates, Vyber, Skype, OneDrive, Google Backup, etc.
In Mediaportal, set the log level to Warnings.
And check if all this does not help. Then I'm out of ideas. You don't need logs.

@catavolt @doskabouter @Sebastiii @azzuro Do you think it's worth increasing the maximum sample time to a minute in the release. Other similar libraries don't have it at all, i.e. in other products if it takes 10 minutes to get data, then it will, Mediaportal won't wait that long, now anything longer than 15 seconds is dropped, I suggest putting a minute. 99.9% of users should not notice it at all.

File mode does not use a database, it uses a folder structure. It works faster, but on screen the library organization is the same as the folder structure. If this is not confusing, it is a great option to use on computers with a similar problem. :)

    If this is not confusing,
    for me not confusing ;)
It's good to know now under wich conditions "it" happens :)
So I know what to do to get the full list - just
    • Stop Music Playing or
    • keep Music Playing and eventually switch to Folder-View.
I can use all Plugings without any problem so...
It's not a real solution but it's OK for me - until I buy myself a new Laptop.

or as the counting crows say: "...If I knew Picasso, I would buy myself a gray guitar and play...":ROFLMAO:
