MPEG2 and MPEG4 video play back doesn't work yet.
LAVFilters-0.78-x64 is installed (install_audio.bat, install_splitter.bat, install_video.bat).

MediaPortal-Error.log:

Update:
I downloaded and reinstalled LAVFilters-0.78-Installer.exe from Releases · Nevcairiel/LAVFilters.
I can't play any video file and watch TV with MP x64!
It still works with MP x86.

Does someone have an idea how to solve this issue?

These missing files are part of MediaPortal core files.
Your installation is somehow damaged.

Just verified that all these three files exist in the MP x64 instalation folder. E. g.:

Are you running any antivirus software? Try to disable it.
Also you can try to reinstall Microsoft NET Framework 4.7.

Just tried, it's the same when the antivirus software is disabled.

Can .NET Framework be the problem cause if MP 1.32 x86 runs fine?
Is MP 1.32 x64 compatible with Windows 10?

Well, the only thing that comes to my mind is, the library has missing some dependecies.
Try to reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ packages:

• Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64)
• Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64)
• Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x64)
