Hi tourettes. I have something weird with the number of timeshift buffers used. I've configured min = 12 and max =12, but tv-server is using only 11. Space is no problem. I could copy one of the 11 into the remaining space.

i used ram disk plus, and in tv server config, i changed the path from the media portals default to ramdisk R:\ and now tv server time shifting doesnt start and i can watch tv
Benjerry, there's something I don't understand: your system specs state that you have 2 GB RAM, but you said you created a 8 GB RAM disk, so it would mean that Windows is going to swap most of your RAM disk to the hard disk... or is there something I missed there?
I thought the point of a RAM disk is when you have an enormous amount of RAM and you want to force temp. files into RAM instead of trusting Windows' disk cache.
Or is this product a hardware card with RAM on it?
