i don't believe that is the problem, because in Hypermedia Center, i have my tv working, but i have to enter all frequencies by hand and not by typing them in, but by adding a channel, then i can browse a maximum of 5 MHz forward or backwards, saving and adding another channel. The newly added channel has a starting point of the set frequency from the last channel. with this new channel, i again have a frequency range of plus or minus 5MHz. this has taken me around 2 hours to setup and it doesn't even save them. each time i use the software (Hypermedia) i have to set all channels again. they also haven't got ANY support. my last inquiry was sent more then 2 weeks ago and still no response. they never respond. so that is why i NEED to get this working.

I have same card as you and same problem, however I cant find option to enter freqs by hand, all I've got is Scan button , can you please tell me how to add channel and enter freq number ?

first make sure you have latest HMC and drivers installed (this includes the remote control drivers). then open HMC, at the first run, scan for channels. after the initial channel scan has run, go to TV. at the bottom, there is an icon called Switchmode and is located next to the volume buttons. Click that button. At the top, click on the cog-wheel. in the window you get now, you will see a lot of frequencies. Double-Click the top one in the frequency column. move the slider forward or backward to get to the nearest frequency for your channel. you only get + and - 5 MHz to get closer. as soon as you have your freqency for this channel set a bit closer to what you need, click Add. then a new channel will be added with the frequency of the other channel (wich you set above) as base frequency.

sorry to make it this hard for you, but there is no other way to enter the channels into this program.

Thank You, you described it very well, it's working.
It's hard to add all channels this way but I need this HyperMedia Center because of remote control.

I receveid email today from kworld after 2 weeks, I was asking about this problem and in answer they are telling me this :
Dear sir:
Thank you for your email.
1. System setting and channel scan
When executing ATVR at first time, TV Setup Wizard will help you to set your TV configurations step-by- step.
a. Select “Frequency Table” and “Video Standard” (NTSC, PAL or SECAM) either by “Country or “TV System”.

b. Set frequency input source from “Cable type” and sound source from “TV live sound”. TV live sound is the audio device channel that connects to your audio-out of TV tuner card.
Note: If you connect “Line-out” from TV card to “Line-in” of sound card, you should select “Line-in” under “TV live sound’ and “Recording Sound”.

c. Click “Start” to start channel scanning.
d. After scanning the set frequency range, click “Finish” to activate ATVR to follow the frequency table set from channel scanning to do channel mapping.

2. Because the remote utility is only developed to control our own application.
How to co-work the remote utility and application is usually classified. We can not modified third party AP to get the way to co-work.
So we are sorry that we can’t support the remote function for those softwares.
