I think the channel scanning is something wrong in the TsWriter.dll, not sure though. You should try an older version of the TsWriter.dll to see if you can get the channel scanning working. But, you still wont be able to watch video with TVServer, b/c it builds its own video filter graphs. Thats why your other program works, but TVServer3 doesnt.
