A couple of DVD questions (2 Viewers)

Two questions about playing physical DVDs (yes, I still do this )

1) According to the documentation MP1 had a "Play Disc" function. I cannot find this in MP2. My discs autoplay but if I stop it I have to go to Browse media, find the DVD drive and re-launch the movie from there. Is there a way to add a "Play Disc" function under maybe the Movie library or the Video menu (I am using the WMC skin).

2) When I select subtitles from the in-player menu, I only get a list of available subtitles. How can I switch subtitles off again (there is no option for "none"). Note this also apples to DVD images.

regarding your question 1: I think it is intended to access all removable media (CD, DVD, Blu-ray, USB sticks, memory cards etc.) by 'Browse Media'.

Ah, that males sense if I think of a DVD as removable media, which I guess it is! Forgive me, I am still hung over from using WMC
