A few How To q's for newbie (1 Viewer)

hey, ok i have a few questions:

First up, When i change channel, the OSD remains on for a long amount of time (~10 seconds?), i only want it to remain on for like... 3-4 seconds... where can I adjust that?

Secondly, How do i CHANGE the key mappings? I want F7 and F8 to be exclusively change channel, yet mediaportal uses it for a variety of different things. How do i change it so that it's purely channel up and down? I need to use HIP to configure my remote control, but i can't do this whilst one key equals so many different things.

Third, Is there an EPG setup of some sort for Australia? Perth more importantly.

Yes, there are a couple of choices - the best one at the moment is WebEPG that is included wit MediaPortal - you will find instructions here...

Really having troubles with my remote, can't get that working properly at all

Can get up down left right, with HIP and iwthout Hip, but can't realy get anything else properly.

Is there a HIP guide of some sort? I can't find one anywhere .

Hey, in configuration/movies, i don't have an OSD tab.

I have a tab in General for OSD, but i have the following things set:

Display timeout: 5
Zap Delay 0
Zap Timeout 0
Notify in seconds before 300
Notification timoeout 5
