Hi,

Firstly, I would like to thank fforde for developing this great plugin.

I really like the way it works, but I don´t like the default layout/skin of this plugin.

So, I have been proving other mediaportal skins, like StreamedMP and Monochrome, to see how moving pictures is watched there. And what I like about these two skins is from StreamedMP the film count and from Monochrome the whole layout of moving pictures.

That said, the default skin (Blue3Wide) is the one I prefer over all.

So I edited the movingpictures xml from the default skin Blue3Wide using some of the StreamedMP and Monochrome stuff.

And it looks like these right now:

But the problem is that the movie titles are shown above every film thumbnail... and there is not a phrase in the xml code where this can be changed...

And when I copy this edited movingpictures xml and movingpictures.facade xml to the Monochrome skin folder it looks like this... ¡Without the movie titles above every film thumbnail...!!

So, there must be somewhere else a file that makes movie titles show in the default skin (Blue3Wide)...

The problem is that I don´t know what to edit so the damn movie titles disapear above the film thumbnails in the Blue3Wide skin.

¿Anyone can help me please?

I hope I explained the problem...

Cheers

PD: I would also like to change the overlay color from black to blue, and the up, down, right, left arrows so they fit more with the Blue3Wide skin style, but I am a complete noob at photoshop...

You will probable have to edit the movingpictures.facade.xml (or similar depending on the skin source)
and add:
Code:
  <textXOff>2000</textXOff>
to the filmstrip control.
make the number higher then your resolution. You wil want it off the screen. Since you cannot disable it, that's the only option.

(btw, did you know there is a whole team of developers for moving pictures ;) )
