AC3 filter + SPDIF + input 44100Hz = stuttering sound (1 Viewer)

Hi, I am using the AC3 Filter for audio playback, since it gives a good support for spdif passthrough (DTS,DD). I don't like quite much ffdshow audio codec, since it gives a funny movement of the video (on DTS tracks, it goes slightly faster for half second every 4~5 seconds). So AC3 filter works perfectly fine with all of my DVD movies, and I didn't have any problem with any .mkv with AC3 or DTS sound. The problem started playing an old Divx, which has the audio in mp3 sampled at 44100Hz. When this happens, the audio stutters a lot, making the video unviewable.
I am pretty sure it is all related to 44100 instead of 48khz output...Do you know any way of setting MP in a way it loads AC3Filter for any 48khz input but loads any other common filter such as MPA decoder (as this one seems to run fine with 44.1Khz input through SPDIF) in case it finds any weird sample rate?

Thanks a lot! :D

Hi there.
Did you ever find a solution to this problem. I'm having the same one, and I can't find any way to make it work. And as you said, it's only movies with a track at 44100hz, all movies with 48000hz dosn't have any problems at all.
