Accelerate playlist viewing (1 Viewer)

For me, the "workaround" does not have much impact: loading a playlist with 1124 tracks takes about 30-40 seconds, with the new version nearly the same loading time, but now only with 1000 tracks - that does not make sense to me
I think we should not change the behaviour just for playlists.
If there is a possibility to generally change loading times of long lists (see my comment above regarding actors in MyVideos), we should concentrate on that, which would possibly solve the playlist issue as well

We can speed up the display of the list, load data in a separate thread, but then we will see how this list is filled. Well, all sorts, searches, transitions, will work either correctly, or not at all.

This sounds good to me.
And if playlists are loaded the same way as the OneButtonMusic plugin does, there would be even more performance improvement. With MP long playlists takes minutes, with OneButtonMusic seconds.

i have just pushed the branch to the repo. added now also a config setting to the Music -> Playlist.
