I looked at the log files again, and I still can't see any attempt to view TV. It looks like you opened MediaPortal... and then closed it again, without doing anything.

Can you please try to collect log files again, and make sure to try to start TV several times.

No, sorry. Both are required, and client logs are probably more important than server logs.

Sorry, I don't understand...

...but I've told you that I need log files from MediaPortal [on the remote side] and TV Server [on the server side]. I can't help with Kodi.

Im using ipad and i have kodi installed. It using my mediaportal server. Mediaportal client has nothing to do with it.

Then sorry I can't help you... unless you have another PC which you can install MediaPortal on. Like I said, the client logs are most important... but I have no experience with Kodi.

[edit: To be clear: if the problem is on the client side (firewall etc.), only client log files will show it. If the problem is a firewall on the server side, the server log files won't show it (because the connection is blocked). That's why the client log files are most important.]
