I see one issue that to me is very important. Several of the sites I have set to require a PIN to access, fine and good. But when I leave OnlineVideos, the Access is not locked again. I would prefer either a mothod for resetting access from the menu or deal with the inconvenience of having to re-enter the PIN. I leave MediaPortal running pretty much all the time, so leaving those sites continuously unlocked (after entering the pin only once) is not a good thing with children occassionally around. In MyVideos, the access is reset when you leave the protected shares folder, and the PIN must be re-entered when you try to enter it again.

    Thanks

    Chuck

What version are you using? On my system I just tested that and it works. (0.15) I fixed that a few versions back.

    I am also using 0.15.

I had just updated a few days ago. Same issue on both my installations. It does reset when you exit MediaPortal.

    Will logs help at all?

Not really sure why this would be different. (Maybe the SVN or skin you are using is doing something strange) Can you give a more complete step by step info what you are doing?

    1. Open OnlineVideos (adult sites should be gone)
    2. enter pin -> adult sites appear
    3. Press ESC to go back to main menu
    4. Open Onlinevideos again
    5. adult sites should be gone again

Please attach the logfiles, there should be some info.

There is an error in the log that happens when the Plugin is loaded.
'MediaPortal.GUI.Library.GUIFadeLabel' cannot be converted to type 'MediaPortal.GUI.Library.GUIImage'.
Seems that your skinfile is somehow different. I can see that you are using a skin named "Test-TrueView2-Blue". Please try if your behavior is fixed if using Blue3Wide.

    I tried the Blue3 skin, as I don't have Blue3Wide installed.

The issue went away. Very strange, as my skin is a mod of blue3... I will look into what was changed between the two.

Thanks very much for your assistance. I'll report back.

okay... not so easy to find.

I copied the 3 onlinvideos xml's (I tried blue3 as well as blue3wide) to my skin to start tracking down the issue... but even with the original xml's I'm getting the problem. There seems to be something a little deeper in my skin ... I'm not sure where to begin.

    "sigh"
