Actors artwork not showing on details page (1 Viewer)

First of all, the specs:

Mediaportal 1.3
MyFilms 6.0.2
Skin: Default Wide

As per attached file, actors artwork does not show up on details page. And yes, I know I have images for at least 2 of the first 5 actors of this movie. Actors images show correctly in the actors view. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi tano_grasa - did you try exiting Details page and returning - I often find I need to do that when downloading persons info/images is in progress (as indicated at the top of your screenshot). If it still doesn't display, please post your MyFilms.log file for Guzzi to check. Better still, you can upgrade to MyFilms 6.0.3 which Guzzi just released yesterday. Perhaps it would resolve the issue for you (it works in MP 1.3.0/1.4.0/1.5.0).

    Hi Dadeo,

thanks for the quick reply. Exiting Details page and returning doesn't work for me. I already tried MyFilms 6.0.3 yesterday and it had the same behaviour (anyway I switched back to 6.0.2 because I prefer its look). Attached please find the MyFilms.log file. I can see a couple of warnings and an error on it, but I have no idea of what is going on...

 there is almost nothing in the attached log file - did you attach the right one? I should have reminded you to enable Debug logging in MP Config > General first. :(

Yes that file looks much better thanks! I am no expert at reading log files, but @Guzzi can. I assume we are still testing the film 1941 as mentioned in the first post (that's what it looks like in the log file)? And the log says you have many actor images, e.g.:
    Code:
2013-09-02 14:11:48,998 Debug [ 38 | MyFilmsDetail ]: Person 'John Belushi' NOT added to downloadQueue - image already exists !
as you said. So I cannot see why they are not displaying. Hopefully Guzz can! Do you have another skin installed you can check to see if it is a skin issue?

Thanks, at least that confirms it's not a skin issue. Guess we have to wait for the wizard to translate the arcane log messages :D

    Hi tano_grasa,
I think the problem is caused by the separators - MyFilms uses separateors (see here) to split the person name string into the single persons.
I noticed, that you use "line breaks" between the actors - and I am not sure (at least I never tested), if and how a "line break" could be used / configured as separator for MyFilms. Did you use somethink like '\n' or '\r' there?
To test, if that is the issue, you could remove the line breaks and use e.g. commas, check, that comma is also set as list separator in MyFilms setup (it is by default) and check, if the actor images are displayed properly.

    Hi Guzzi,
you are right, that's exactly what's happening: I manually rearranged person names in one movie using commas as separators and now it works. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how I could automatize this process for 1254 movies :(
Anyway, I do not understand why is AMC importing actors data this way: they show up as a column after importing film details, and this has always been so. I guess it could depend on the script used (filmaffinity.es) but I'm not sure.
