I have been using the tvengine3 for a few months, and it has always worked great with my tv card.

Today I moved from tvengine3 Rev14689 to Rev15641, with a completely clean install. Also with a clean mysql database.

It appears that support for my card has been dropped? I get a "No Video/Audio detected" when I try to do a timeshift manualy, or with the mediaportal client.

My MPFileWriter.Log is 3 months old, so I edited it to only show the log of the new Rev15641.

I have traced back to where the error first started showing, Rev15045.

I'm guessing the problem has to do with the following change in the changelog:
TVServer 30/06/2007 [15:54:01] dman_LFC added: fixed certain Adaptec devices having no audio when watching / recording TV.

Hello zefram,

I have exact the same problem, and now I try to install the Rev14689 version of tv server to see if it'll work on my computer with the 2410 tv card. Unfortunately the old versions are all offline, and there is no opportunity to download them.

Do you perhaps have these old files? And if you have them, could you send me the files via email?

It would be very nice, I spend a lot of time trying to fix this problem, but it doesn't work...:-(

Thank You for reading this lines and perhaps you can help me
greetings RHCPepper

I replied to your PM, as I mentioned, email would probably not work for me. But we can arrange the details of transfer in PM.

Anyway, glad to see somebody else with the same problem. Hopefully somebody will one day help to fix this again.

I guess this thread did not attract any developers' attention, or, more likely, the Adaptec 2410 isn't high up on the priority list.

The sad thing is, this card worked fine before Rev15045.

I made available my working versions to RHCPepper, and he got his setup working too. Unfortunately the working versions are very old.

pmbsa, if you want I'll PM you details to getting a working version.
