Add an .img file to database (1 Viewer)

So, as the topic says, what I want to do is to add a dvd img or iso file to the databse. Nothing more or less, just simple. But when I let MyTvSeries search for series it skips those .img or .iso files that I want to add. For example a Little Britain DVD.

Do I have to add them manually and how to do that? Or is there another way?

Thanks!

EDIT: Another thing I wonder about is how to add customized banners. Even if I name them "the right way", they don't show up in the configuration. Do I have to add them manually too?

Unless the iso/img whatever file is directly playable from within MP this won't do you any good, but try to add the file extension to the MP video files extensions. It only sees files with extensions specified there.

Customizable banners? Do you mean series banner in the way they get downloaded automatically? That's not supported without hacks because we want people to contribute to the online database and actually upload their work for others to benefit (if its any good).
If you mean Fanart, please give me a concrete example and a log file of when it doesn't work.

    Thanks for your fast reply.

What i actually meant, which I didn't mention, was how to mount the .img or .iso in deamon tools. But well, I tried to add .img to the file extensions but it doesn't seems to find it anyway. To clarify I just want to use the img file the same way as in My Films. :)

I think I meant both banners and Fanart, and you answered my question very well. :) And yes I have a concrete example where Fanart don't seems to work. I will see if I can solve it, otherwise I will post a log later.

    Thanks!

EDIT: I find the file now, but still it doesn't think it's a serie. Even if I tried to rename the file to "Little Britain" I didn't get any matches.
