I guess this might be something to bring up with the developers. If there is a way to know if this is the first scan through the atsc channels, and it sees the same three id's but a different channel then do a secondary check on the channel name broadcast and/or ask the user. I know a goal for most programs is to make them as easy for joe user to use but might be something to consider. I might be able to help here as I am a developer by trade. Unfortunately I use VB6 and vb.net (2005) so C++ will take me a bit to remember.
