Add star rating and favourites to My Pictures (1 Viewer)

Would it be possible to add a star rating (1-5) for pictures in the database, preferably even within browsing files? This way, you could make custom folders from all of your pictures, so if you want to share them when friends visit, you can just show all the best ones in the same slide show. Also, being able to favourite pictures would be great for family photos etc.

I can't find any way to rate them in MePo's GUI. Or is this something you need to do in the backend (Configuration)?

Probably confused with something else. I think it is possible to add rating, auto rating and favorites. I just need to find free time, or maybe someone else from the @Developers has such a desire and free time.

Much appreciated. Pictures was overhauled a bit with raw image handling not too long ago, right? Was it @Pablik that worked on that?

I don't remember anything about raw in Pictures, but in general it has been supported for a long time, the last thing I added was exif. Now your request is easily solved through code words. Assign the necessary ones, and display.

Of course, I think it's not difficult, add fields to the database, and then change everything in the user interface for the rating, and not break anything. I don't have time for this yet, maybe it will appear after the 25th, but that's not certain.
