    Summary:
Adding official support to Windows 10.
    Area:
    Other,
    Description:
Kernel/drivers interfaces with hardware should not have changed so much w.r.t Windows 7/8/8.1 (BDA and WDDM should be still supported) and also Win32 interfaces are still supported, so no big changes would be needed.
On the other side, this OS version does not longer contains WMC and it is a free upgrade of previous versions that contained it, so the number of possible users (and relevant donations) could be more than a valid reason for the effort eventually spent.

Since V1.10 MediaPortal is also working under Windows 10.

    Oops...

I made the post since Windows 10 was not listed in the list of supported OS.

However, I have seen just now in the list of UNsupported OS:
"MP will issue a warning, but will install on:"
"All beta/preview versions of Microsoft Windows".

Maybe Windowx 10 stays in that row, it has not been officially released yet.

The post could however still be useful for other users with similar doubts.

MediaPortal v1.12 download page says that it supports Windows 10 too.

Just to avoid confusion, could the requirements page be updated in order to add Windows 10 within the supported OSs?

    Thanks

TNX, just a minor change needed:
    Windows 10 32- and 64-bit (as of v1.12.0)

And i think this can be removed:
Windows Media Center Edition 2005 with service pack 3

    Since it's XP.
