The LCN's aren't transmitted via dvb-s, the issue you are having is the old system used to set the lcn to 10000 to let the TV Library know there isn't an LCN for this channel. It then created one which was incremental from the database. Since the location has been changed for this data nothing was done about the incremental update. It needs to be logged as a bug. If you can post this issue in the bug section with your logs it will be looked at and fixed. edit: Are you scanning and getting 10000 numbers or just on importing?
