I have just put up a replacement for my old and broken Philips Plasma.
It is the Sony KDL 40D3500.
I had the old TV hooked up with VGA Dsub on a really long lead. This worked fine on the old set because the TV was lower resolution than the current one.
I have been playing with the availible resolutions, but so far can only fill about 3/4 of the screen without using the TV's stretch function.
Does anyone have any advice for making the Nvidia Geforce 7600 GS card output a high enough resolution with this setup, or is it "Go and buy a card with HDMI" for me?
