I tried this and can't get it to work. It correctly filters all watched movies, shows all information except the coverart. Puzzles me.. Sorry i can't be of any help..

Ok, well thanks for taking a look . Weird that the coverart shows in every ordinary views, but not when the selection "watched" comes into play =/..

Hey is any one able to fix the My News interface, text goes all over the place... Just thought it would be of high priority, being a native plugin of mediaportal and all. Hey question, what kind of learning curve am I looking at when coming to the GUI? I have a little background in GFX design and PHP, would these aspects help??? Thanks guys, loving this community...

This is an update to the previous skin files I uploaded last week. Now had chance to go through them, sorted out a few issues and cleaned things up a bit. Also now include the required media files (taken from the Blue Two Wide version).

EDIT: Refreshed archive - wrong default control in active recordings

I have a small problem with ForTheRecord.
When I enter the screen for RECORDED PROGRAMS and the view is set on LIST, The left menu keeps focus and I am not able to get to the list with any of the arrow-keys.
If I change to icon view, I can get from the menu to the list with the right arrow.
Now change back to list view without exiting and it will work.
BUT - exit and reopen with list view and it does not work.


Another issue - is it possible to change that the list will have default focus when entering (in stead of the menu)?

That should be enough to get you tinkering. The learning curve isn't too bad - it's the idiosyncrasies in the skin engine that are the real bugbear. But the basic idea of XML for layout is pretty straightforward. Just get in there and poke around. You might find the Skin Developers page helpful.

Thanks for the feedback, will not get chance to look at these issues untill weekend, currently away from home so unable to mod/test any of the TV/4TR parts effectively.

Agreed, the only way around this atm, is to pm Sambal\Psycho Reptile which xml\s you wish to look at, and agree with them, so nothing overlaps.

Still looking at a possible way around this.

Will do, I had a spare hr or so waiting for server builds to finish so just had a quick look, was an easy one to convert.

Not sure what is left to do on the core side a list of those would be good to put together.
