For The Record updated files

Here are the skin files for For The Record, I have gone though these and updated them - they are not 100% pefect but should be fully usable.

Will go over them in more detail after the weekend and sort any issues....

Cheers

Trevor

UPDATE: I have now updated these and new screenshots and files can be found here.

    You only need these files if using For The Record to control your recordings from MP\TV, you do not need to have these if you want to control your recording from outside of MP, using the For The Record interface.

    You lose the ability to control\watch live TV with these installed, as it removes the normal MyTV view.

    DVDFreak is working on it.

    I am actually using the normal TV Server plugin for live tv and just updated the links for TV Guide, Recorded programs and Scheduled programs to the link id's of the ForTheRecord screens.

    It is therefore a mixture of the MP tv plugin and ForTheRecord. Only 15 seconds required to make the changes:
    mytvhomeServer.xml
    TVGuide = <hyperlink>49843</hyperlink>
    Recordings = <hyperlink>49845</hyperlink>
    Scheduler = <hyperlink>49848</hyperlink>

    I love this skin, but I have found a couple of things that my wife doesnt like, and when that happens I dont get to use the skin anymore. So hopefully somebody can help me fix or fix the problems for me. We use this on a 42" 1080p plasma, and when you go to the recorded tv menu, if you are in list mode you cannot tell what show you are navigating to because the selection bar(dunno if this is the correct word for it or not, the bar that moves with what you select to watch) is too dark. And the other is whenever i press the 'More Info' button on my remote the selection bar is too dark as well and you kind of have to guess where you are on the menu.

    Just had a thought, on the recorded tv menu, is there supposed to be the normal images like the wide white bar that underlays everything?

    i have a problem with the tv section of the latest release:
    - in each fullscreen page i get flickering (screenshot of tvguide top, but sometimes the whole screen is flickering)

    some minor stuff with other tv related pages:
    tv guide: depending on the backdrop picture the info on the bottom is difficult to read

    tvinfo: the infotext of the program is too far up(starts above background img), some controls/items seem to be out of place

    other than that it´s a great skin!

    Yes it's not an Aeon bug it's a general bug within Mediaportal. If you do a search on flickering you'll see what I mean. Only happens when you have tv playing in the background. Some people get round it by not using EVR but even then it effects some people especially if they have a ATI video card like me :(
