After Resume from Hibernate (1 Viewer)

After resuming from hibernate, with MP in fullscreen/windowed, can use remote/keyboard ok
If you then shut MP down, you lost use of keyboard/remote.
This DOES NOT happen without having gone into hibernate.

can anyone test and confirm.

OK Dman_lfc

MP runnining in fullscreen mode, enter hibernate using mce remote power button.

Resume using mce remote power button, MP there in home screen, select whatever function you want ie tv. (remote/keyboard work fine)Half the time MP in windowed mode, whilst i'm on this forum.

now if you shut MP down from OSD, remote and keyboard cease to work. it does not occur if you have not gone into hibernate.

It is as if, MP shuts down the ehome drivers :?

Repeat you can open\close MP as many times as you like using OSD and no problems.
IT is only once having gone into hibernate that this problem occurs.

And obviously rebooting solves the problem until the next time.

Right a update on this.

As baffled, and by the flood of answers, I take it no one else has problem.
I went looking on the microsoft website, where i found a directx end user
update, which i downloaded and installed.
Problem gone
Now whether my version of directx9c was corrupted, or genuinely some of the new file updates are resposible for putting things right, is a bit of a mystery.

hmm late ... but better then never

getting same here. After standby lost keyboard.

MCE remote still ok ... but keyboard dead out of the water .....

Suggestions?

After reboot all ok .....

Not quite the same as i lost both and only after shutting MP down, qwerty hid not initializing when coming out of standby\hibernate is a ms issue.
Mine did that for a short time. but a 100 ms updates later do not have that fault anymore.
