Hello,
Can someone please help me resolve this problem with the MediaPortal 1.14 TV-Server and my HDHomeRun tuners? I have attached a log file.
I can always set the first recording to any available channel, but when I attempt to view another channel simultaneously (requiring the second tuner), it usually fails with the error "All cards are busy". There is usually one second channel that will work, but all others fail. If I stop the first tuner, then I can select any channel again successfully.
I am running the MediaPortal 1.14 TV-Server on Windows 7 Pro along with Kodi and a SiliconDust HDHomeRun dual tuner, which is attached via ethernet. I have verified that this problem occurs with any recent version of Kodi or even with the MediaPortal 1 client. It does not occur when I use both tuners with SiliconDust's VIEW app. So, I think the problem is with the MediaPortal TV-Server. I have experimented extensively with some of its configuration options to stop/pause idle cards, but that does not help.
Thanks, Clay
