All of a sudden MePo TV unwatchable on 1 client (2 Viewers)

I've been running MediaPortal successfully for over a year. I have a dedicated TV server running on a Windows Homer Server box, serving TV to 5 clients around the house, some are wireless, some are wired. For the most part performance has been good on all of them.

All of sudden the TV performance on one of my machines is so bad it's not even usable. I'm getting very choppy, jerky performance, just on this one machine, the others are fine. I hadn't used this machine to watch TV in a week or more so probably something I installed or changed in the meantime is causing a problem.

I'm attaching 2 sets of logs. One is using UNC paths, the other is using the normal, RTSP setup. I usually use UNC as it seems to give me a little better performance. Now neither one is working.

I have it working much, much better now. I uninstalled all the codecs on the system, then reinstalled LAV only. As long as I use UNC paths the TV runs perfectly. Without UNC I get the 'ActiveMovie' window. I know I did have it working at one point a while back using RTSP, so something is still not quite right, at least my fire drill is over now.
