All subtitles suddenly stopped working (1 Viewer)

After almost two years of flawless working all subtitles suddenly stopped working.

Nothing new was installed and nothing was changed. The only thing that happened is that my girlfriend did a reset of the PC while a MP and a video was playing. After that; no-subs.

You're talking about videos, right? ...or also TV?

Is there meant to be a comma in that path, or should it be ".." (up one level)?

no, only video .

All my subtitles are in the same directory as the video file.

I think the "'," is there to split the to options; in the same dir as the movie and one dir up.
