but if I look in the section for channel mapping those channels isn't in either available channels nor are they in Channels mapped to card section.

Channels get automatically mapped to the tuner they have been searched on. You then need to manually switch through all the other tuners in the mapping dialogue. For example, if you have used tuner 1 to search channels, they will become "mapable" when you switch from tuner 1 to 2 or others in the Channel Mapping window.

Believe it or not, I don't know how, I don't know why but after the last channelscan the HD channel now pops up where they should and also work. So I guess this case is closed, big thanks for all the help.

Again - the mapping of searched channels to other tuners is not taking place automatically. You may want to take alook at the respective dialogue, flip through each tuner and verify that thereare no unmapped channels left.
