Altering speed for RSS feed (1 Viewer)

Im just wondering, is there a way to alter the speed of the RSS feed along the bottom of the home screen? Also is there a way to change the background. Ive noticed on the default settings it has a transparent background but if I change the theme and layout it turns white.

Go to settings in mp. There should be an option for scroll speed, where you can adjust the horiontal an vertical scrollspeed. This applies also for the rss ticker.
