Always on top setting fails F2/Settings to be shown (1 Viewer)

When the 'always on top' setting in general is enabled, then using F2 inside MP to bring up the settings fails to show the window, ALT+TAB doesn't work either.

So either the settings window needs to use 'always on top' by itself, or it needs to temporary disable the 'always on top' function on MP.
