AMD ATI driver problems (1 Viewer)

Im[DOUBLEPOST=1359670019][/DOUBLEPOST]When I watch web-dl on my display. I get a none complete renderer..
Like artifacts error all over the place. Kinda bugs me off.
Using the latest ATI driver for the card.


Is there a known version of the ati driver which works the best and is "certified" within the community

Running ATI 13.1 on an ATI 5400

Only 720p produces artifacts. 1080p should be ok. Also you could try to disable dxva.
I assume it is because of profile 3.1 in video.

The earlier release of the driver solved the problem.
Also to get sound when returning from hibernate is solved by disabling AMD external events service in Computer Management - Services.
Using HDMI - > Onkyo TR616 - > HDMI > 60" LG plasma.
