Ampdroid on MultiSeat setup (1 Viewer)

Sorry, I know this is going to be one of those "Dooh" moments, but can someone point me to a definitive outline/set of instructions for what gets installed in a Multiset environment, eg
* TV Server running Mediaportal
* Multiple Mediaportal clients with TVSeries, Moving Pictures etc etc.

Various posts etc seem to suggest this is a possible, but I cant find a summary anywhere which says "this on that" and "these on that".

No problem...
on the TV-Server install the Mpextended
on the Clients install Mpextended and Wifi-Remote...

In the aMPdroid Config set under TV the TV-Server IP and the other set the Client IP

Let me jump into this thread, since i got a similar question.

Running a dedicated tv server with 2 clients.

If i want to stream media to my phone without starting up a client i guess i need to do a full mepo install on tv server
( to access the media and db files ) and install MPextendended and Wifi-Remote on it, too?

You dont need a full mepo install on the tv server...
only the db's and MPextended

I have also set up a multiseat installation (in ampdroid i set up the tvServer IP, and all other my clients IPs).
But it's not possible to start with ampDroid a live tv stream or a recording on selected client.
What i have done wrong or does this feature only work with singleseat installation?
