Looks like you've got a different issue going on there that is preventing you from even hitting the issue described here - more like the issue described -->here<--. A workaround that should enable you to test this fix would be to pick a channel and delete all except one tuning detail. Then after a TV Server restart it should be possible to tune that channel.

Has noticed that timeshift with TvService analog_fix_v2 works on analog channels as LiveTV-no steps back and forward,on DVB-T timeshift work fine.
