AW: [Android] aMPdroid 0.8 - Streaming and more Hey guys, I always had some trouble with watching tv, recordings or some other video files on my phone. Since I have vPlayer I can play all files or streams. But for me it's still not possible to seek in a video. It seems that vPlayer (or any other player) doesn't get the duration of the file. It goes from "00:00:00 to -596523:-14:-8" When I try to seek, DDMS throws " ERROR/VPlayer(20269): avformat_seek_file: Operation not permitted : -1". Any hints on this? I use a LG Optimus Speed with CyanogenMod7 (anybody else use this combination sucessfully?) Interesting to look at is the ddms log in which vPlayer states "Duration N/A". In the ddms log I tried to play an .avi file, GMAWebservice.log is from the test with a .mkv file. Results were the same. (Something different to the end: is it normal that I still have 4 ffmpeg.exe processes after closing ampdroid?) Thanks in advance :)
