I just discovered this wonderful page NYPL Labs : Stereogranimator and asked my self whether MePo really isn't able to show animated gifs. A second question which popped up: Is there any plugin to autmatically rsize pictures to given height or width?

    Thanks in advance.

I didn't mean support for animated gifs in skins but in the picture plugin.

Sometimes it would help very much if users would express correctly what they mean....
Just enter .gif in MPConfig -> Pictures -> Pictures Extensions and see what´s happening...

Sometimes it would help if people tried to read what other people wrote... I'll just quote myself to make it easier:

I asked this question in the "Watch/Listen Media/View Pictures" subforum and i asked specifically for animated gifs, which are shown in Mepo, just not animated. Thanks for trying to help though.

, you´re right - didn´t look at the top in which forum we are :)
But did you try to add .gif in MPConfig -> Pictures -> Pictures Extensions?

I didn't have to because it was already in the list. It's not a real problem though. Would've jst been nice. Thanks again.
