Good Morning,
after updating from previous MP version to the new 1.3.1 my scan for new movies roll forever with the log messages:
07-May-2012 14:14:51 Warn [ FileBasedResource]: Connection lost while downloading resource. Attempting to resume...
using built in Movies.it script.

Any ideas?

The best way to debug scraper-scripts is to enable the scraper-script debug mode.

This will then tell in high detail all that is going on, so that the problem can be fixed.
