There is nothing wrong with the knob or the connection since it does work with the enclosed utility.</p><p>Before, I tried the utility that is provided with the case and with both of them I have the same problem: the system doesn't hibernate anymore.</p><p>Windows freezes if it's due to hibernate.</p><p></p><p><strong>EDIT:</strong> After posting the message above, I got some similar threads in which I found out that the volume knob just doesn't work with the MP plug in.</p><p></p><p>My other question remains: is it normal for using this VFD that MP doesn't hibernate.</p></blockquote><p></p>
