Any way to get iPlayer working with version 1.8.0.0? (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I am currently running MediaPortal 1.6 with Argus TV 2.2.2 and Online Videos 1.8.0.0 on three machines in the house.

I am waiting for a stable release of Argus TV 2.3 before I do any upgrades.

The only issue that I am having with running these older versions, is that I have lost BBC iPlayer functionality in Online Videos on all three machines.

So, as I can't run an automated update to the sites (error message says I need version 1.9.0.0) is it possible that I could manually plug in the updated BBC iPlayer xml file to get this working, as a temporary workaround?

I have lost some other online video sites also, but iPlayer is the main one that is missed in the house.

Or, even better, is there a way to install Online Videos 1.9.0.0 on MediaPortal 1.6?

Sorry, but the answer to both is no.
There were changes that are on a binary level, so some simple xml modifications cannot help.
If you want latest OV to work with MP 1.6, you need to changes the sources, as changes in MP required changes in the plugin.
