I installed RC3 on my TV Server today and when the TV Server starts a box pops up with the title RUN that says, that the apphelp.dll is missing. Well, I downloaded that file now and put it into the system folder, but why is this file required with RC3 and why isn't it installed on my system? Apparently I didn't need it for RC1.
