Apple Airport and Airfoil (1 Viewer)

I've been thinking about extending my Media Portal audio to cover a couple of other rooms in the house. I think I can do this using AirPort Express Base Station and Airfoil

There's a reasonable outlay of cash involved and I'd like to know if anyone else has this working? Are there any issues with the setup or does it work fine?
