Hi all,

I hope someone can clear this up for me, because I've tried to get this to work all day and a part of the night. I installed my TotalMedia Theatre v3.0.1.120 Platinum but I can't select it's codec in MP. I searched the forum for a solution, but only found one other person on the German forum that had the same question, but no answers where given yet.

So basically my problem is that I can't select the TMT codec for Video, DVD and Audio playback, because it doesn't show up in the decoder config drop-down from MP.
How can I achieve/fix this?

For my system specs, check on the left. I just finished a complete fresh install, with only Acrsoft TMT and MP with StreamedMP. No other codecs are installed.

Hope someone can help me or point me in the right direction :)

Thanks in advance,
Domini0n

Does those codecs show up in any other programs than the Arcsoft player? I would assume that they aren't exposed to any 3rd party applications for a reason just like PowerDVD9 is hiding the H264 codec).

I only have WMP aside of TMT player and nothing else installed, so I can't check if other players are able to select the TMT codec. But I've seen plenty of people with PowerDVD or Arcsoft codec selected in MP. Am I missing a step after installing Acrsoft?

Well tried registering the all the Arcsoft codec's and they did show up in MP, but they are not being used when trying to play a movie. In the mean time I used de SAF codec pack and the new hardware subtitles to make my HTPC fully play the movie in hardware mode.

I'll let you people know if I ever get Arcsoft working in MP...
    Suggestions are always welcome.
