Here are some tips and information about Asus Z97-WS motherboard.

Looking at the back of the card you can clearly see that only the main two PCIe slots have 16 lines connected, the other two have only 8.
To change the language of AI Suite 3 in case the installer did not set it up properly you'll need to edit your registry.
Close AI Suite 3.
Launch regedit.
Assuming you have a 64 bits Windows installation.
Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ASUS\AI-SUITE_II
On a 32 bits installation it should be: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ASUS\AI-SUITE_II
Create a String Value named Language with the following data according to the desired language:
09 = English
0404 = TChinese
0C04 = TChinese
1404 = TChinese
1004 = SChinese
0804 = SChinese
0C = French
07 = German
11 = Japanese
12 = Korean
19 = Russian
0A = Spanish

Once done you can restart AI suite 3.
