ATI 550 PRO - No Signal Message in MP (1 Viewer)

I am trying to configure my brothers PC. He has the ATI TV Tuner Theater 550PRO card.

I can run MP Configuration and have it scan for channels and it DOES find and list all our cable channels. However, when we run MP and attempt to watch TV we get the NO SIGNAL message.

Whats wrong? How can MP Configuration detect the signals but can not in MP?

I have the exact same problem:
- I was using the ATI 550 PRO with no problems with the motherboard video (NVIDIA 6150). I now installed the ATI HD 2600 PRO and now I get the "NO SIGNAL" message.

I unistalled drivers, installed again, etc., and could not fix it. Both the PVR software included with the 550 card and GB-PVR work fine.

If I take the videocard out and use again the 6150, it works ok (I do not need to reinstall drivers).

Any way I can help identify the issue? Thanks
