yea 9.1 fixed my DXVA issue in XP Sp3 wasn't working but now it's working nicely

ehhh..

how ... what ... why
what was your problem and what did you do to get it fixed.
What is the ati card you are using. etc..
Your reply is positive, but leaves me with a lot of questions... ;)

sorry about that i was having issue's with watching .mkv 1080p material it would play for a couple of mins and either just stop playing or for lack of better word get all funky and distorted im using a HIS Radeon HD 3650 with the 9.1 agp hot fix drivers and now every thing is working like a charm using the Stand Alone Filters

Thanks for the clarification. :) makes more sense to me now.
I was asking because I get the impression 3xxx series dont have broken DXVA problem, but 4xxx do have this problem. your issue seems non related to this I think.

I can cofirm that DXVA also works with 26xx cards.

upgraded to 9.1 last night and i can confirm DVXA works with Cyberlink 7.3 decoder so far. used a 1080p MKV and hd-dvd and cpu stayed well under 7% throughout.:)

I am using Vista 64 if that makes a difference.
